She complained that I was working too slowly, idly browsing my laptop, and doing no work. I have to say, hearing it was very tough for me since it wasn't accurate. My initial impulse was to yell at her or smack her in the face, but I refrained.
I calmly mentioned to her that the training wasn't enough and that I needed more time to understand SAP and handle the tremendous workload. She relaxed after observing my cool response, and together, we transformed the meeting into a fruitful conversation. I'm glad I was able to keep my emotions under control since everything turned out okay.
