describe how the Jim Crow Laws were used to restrict the rights of newly freed African Americans. Your response must be at least 7 full, nonrepetitive sentences.
will be reported for fake answers
Answer:
Here's my answer, I hope it helps:
Jim Crow Laws were used as a loophole to still treat African Americans unfairly, even thought they were considered "free". They were not given the same opportunities as white people. They were forced to use different bathrooms, water fountains, etc. They weren't even allowed to sit in the same places on the bus or in restaurants. Jim Crow Laws were just fuel to the fire of racism and inequality in 20th century America. It only divided society. Many viewed these laws as unfair and this sparked the ideas of equality and encouraged people to protest.

Choose one of the basic rights from the First Amendment. How would you feel if your government no longer guaranteed this?
Answer:
The freedom of speech
Explanation:
If the freedom were to be stripped from the citizens in the United States, I would be extremely angry. This country was built upon the idea that citizens should be guaranteed the ability to speak freely, and say whatever they please without fear of the government's intervention. This is why many are allowed to speak out against the government and speak up when they disagree with a bill or act. If this ability was taken away, Americans would no longer be free in almost every other aspect of the first amendment as well. The freedoms to assemble and petition both also have to do with speaking out against the government, and therefore would be restricted as well if the freedom of speech were to be taken away.

What was a main difference between European and Ethiopian Art?
Answer:
Ethiopian art from the 4th century until the 20th can be divided into two broad groupings. First comes a distinctive tradition of Christian art, mostly for churches, in forms including painting, crosses, icons, illuminated manuscripts, and other metalwork such as crowns. Secondly there are popular arts and crafts such as textiles, basketry and jewellery, in which Ethiopian traditions are closer to those of other peoples in the region. Whereas in the European view, it is of the figure or the body. Plus, the European paintings lay emphasis on a true representation of the physical appearance of the subject.

In this documentary Tibbets co-produced with the Buckeye Aviation Book Company, “Reflections on Hiroshima,” he recounts his memories of the day the atomic bomb was first used in warfare. Tibbets recalls how he became a pilot, and explains how the Manhattan Project’s “Silverplate” program produced a special version of the B-29 capable of delivering the atomic bomb. He also discusses the target selection process and describes the “odd couple” of J. Robert Oppenheimer and General Leslie Groves. He remembers seeing the mushroom cloud over Hiroshima and feeling the shock wave of the blast, and shares his views on the role of morality during war.
