Blue-Screen Technology The camera rolls as an actor stands in front of a blue screen. The actor stands alone, saying his lines. However, when you see the actual movie, he is talking to a formidable seven-foot-tall monster in a creepy dark forest. A process called blue-screen technology is used to insert images into a background. Today, moviemakers use this process to combine digitally created, or computer-generated, characters with real people on the screen. Here’s how it works: The scene calls for a real character to interact with a seven-foot-tall digitally created monster. First, the real character’s part must be filmed. He may rehearse with another actor who plays the part of the monster. During the rehearsal, the “monster” might wear a tall hat to represent the stature of the monster. The real actor practices looking at the top of the hat during the scene so that is seems that he is looking up at a very tall creature. The actor gets used to where the monster stands and moves. The monster’s movements are marked on the floor so that the actor doesn’t walk on top of the monster during the scene. Then it is time for the scene to be shot. The actor stands alone in front of a blue screen and delivers his lines as if the monster were there. Eventually, the blue background is deleted, using a computer, and images of the digital monster and background are then transferred to the film. 4. Why do you think Wiesel chose to call his memoir Night? What might be the significance of that title?
I

Answers

Answer:

The choice of La Nuit (Night) as the title of Elie Wiesel's documentary-style book is fitting because it captures both physical darkness and the darkness of the soul. ... By depersonalizing the fears that lurk in his subconscious and that overwhelm the badly shaken Chlomo, Elie concentrates on food, warmth, and rest.

who created the light bulb?

Also describe to me your oc (original character) and i'll rate it or add some suggestions to it

i'm just bored ;-;

Answers

Thomas Edison 1879, My oc is a Japanese martial arts master with white hair (antagonist)

Answer 1:

Most people say Thomas Edison created the light bulb, some will argue that it was really Joseph Swan, or someone similar.

Answer 2:

My main OC is Azure Polaris, a grey petralyn with blue markings and a purple sweater. They are neutrally aligned, neither good nor evil, and have a love for technology and the creation and utilization of various electronic devices, which is a big part of why they work as a technoscientist.

Azure is a quiet and anxious individual that has a hard time in social environments, but for those who are close to them, they'll do everything in their power to make sure that their loved ones are safe and treated properly. This is because they lost their younger brother, Spider, to their former mentor, a petralyn named Nettle who was a respected magic user before the Chimera Crisis, and they are determined never to let something like that happen again.

If possible, they will avoid fighting, and tend to allow their opponents time to run away or correct things in hopes of preventing combat, unless they acknowledge that it may be the only option. Their usual battle strategies often lean towards indirect attacks and making use of speed and the element of surprise, and they will summon a large light rod which can be used like a staff or a spear, although they mostly use it to block, and occasionally to pierce, but rarely to throw. They may also summon daggers that they'll dual wield if the purpose truly is to injure their target. Their preferred offensive tactics involve summoning several light darts, which look like much smaller versions of their primary weapons (like quills or needles) that they'll fire as projectiles towards the intended target. They'll never kill anyone, since they still regret the situation with Spider, Nettle, Thorn, and Thistle, which is why they prefer the darts - The darts are usually non-fatal.

I originally created Azure at 2 AM on October 4th, 2022. I specifically remember that I was browsing songs to create a playlist for Nyx, another OC of mine, when I came across a remake/sequel of a song that I loved and listened to frequently back in fourth grade. This song is what inspired me to create Azure, and since then, I've grown very attached to them. The song also changed my hyperfixation, and Azure has been my drive to step outside of my comfort zone and explore things that I've avoided for years since a very personal traumatic event. Because of them, I've been rediscovering things I forgot about myself, finding answers to questions that have baffled me for quite some time, and healing from the bad experiences I had in the past. They do some bad things as a sort of vent outlet for me, and helping them overcome those bad things helps me feel better about things that I've been struggling with. Azure has become one of my biggest comforts in only a few months, and I love them very much. <3

The tell-tale heart what makes this story and its narrator so thought provoking

Answers

Answer:

What makes the tell-tale heart and it's narrator so thought provoking is that the whole time we hear about a murder and it leads us to question what happened and who done it. It is also though provoking because the narrator tries constantly to try and convince the reader that he isn't insane and instead has heightened senses which can later be proved to come from a disease known as schizopherina which is a mental illness that causes the person to hallucinate and hear, and see things that aren't there.

B. Officer Castillo reacts badly to Justyce's use of his name.
c. He recognizes the name from the news and discussions with Quan
D. He finds it disorienting to see his aggressor as a person with a name and identity

Answers

Answer: A He does not expect to be misjudged by a member of a minority group.

Explanation:

Dear Martin is a book about race relations and in the first chapter, explores police brutality when Justyce is brutally arrested by policemen who accused him of wanting to rob his ex-grlfriend, Melo Taylor.

Melo was about to drive while very drunk and Justyce tried to stop her. Police came and arrested him whilst insulting him and punching him. He finds out that the officer's name is Castillo which implied that the officer was of Latino descent and therefore a member of a minority group.

This surprised him as he expected a fellow minority not to jump to conclusions and misjudge him.

Explanation:

The experiences that Margot has had in earth make her look like a weird person to her classmates who do not understand why does she act that way since they do not have the same background, the most important thing that is mention is the existence of the sun and how she was able to see it every day while the other kids have never seen it before, this makes her a stranger to others.

Answer: Governor Danforth represents rigidity and an over-adherence to the law in The Crucible. Danforth is clearly an intelligent man, highly respected and successful. He arrives in Salem to oversee the trials of the accused witches with a serene sense of his own ability to judge fairly. The chaos of the trial doesn’t affect his own belief that he is the best judge. At the end of the play, Salem is falling apart, Abigail has run away, having stolen Parris’s life savings, and many other lives have been ruined yet Danforth still cannot agree that the trials were a sham. He remains firm in his conviction that the condemned should not be executed. When John refuses to let him post his confession in town, Danforth sends him away to be hanged, “high over the town.” Danforth believes in sticking by a principle in spite of all evidence that his belief is wrong.

Choose the word that is the antonym of the word which is in braces(" "): Have you seen that "timid" child?

a,brave

b,tall

c,big

d,tender

Answers

Answer:

The word that is the antonym of "timid" is:

a. brave.

Explanation:

Antonyms are words that have opposite meanings. Examples of antonyms are: hot/cold; tall/short; beautiful/ugly. Therefore, we need to choose the word whose meaning is the opposite of "timid". A timid person is someone who lacks confidence or courage. The opposite of timid is, thus, someone who has courage = someone is brave. The best option is then a. brave.
