A patient has two bony (cyst-like) lumps right behind each of her last molars, (as circled & shown in picture)
*these lumps are parallel to each other, like the pic shows*

The patient has had no problems with them, they are painless, however, over the past few years they have grown a bit in size.
The patient thought that these lumps were her wisdom teeth, so had no worries, til she had her wisdom teeth removed, and they were still there.

Any possible diagnosis for this?
