The given statement is 'true'.
The principle of utility dictates that we must seek the greatest happiness for the greatest number of people.
Who talked about the principle of utility?Jeremy Bentham and John Stuart Mill were the two prominent figures who discussed the ideas of utility. I'll start by telling you about Mr Bentham. It is beneficial to understand Bentham's political philosophy and his quest for a logical approach to legislation and government action from the perspective of his moral philosophy. He opposed the "natural law" idea and believed that Kant's Categorical Imperative and other classical theories were too out-of-date, unclear, and/or divisive to be very helpful in addressing societal problems and social reform initiatives. He applied what he believed to be a straightforward and "scientific" method to issues relating to morality and the law, and he based this method on the "Principle of Utility."

who first defined the terms extrovert and introvert
The psychologist Carl Gutsav Jung defined the terms extrovert and introvert for first time.
The words extrovert, extroversion, introvert, and introversion were initially used by the psychologist Carl Gustav Jung in the early 1900s to characterize personality types that concentrate a person's energy on either the inner or outer world.
Since then, the labels extrovert and introvert have gained widespread acceptance; extrovert is now frequently used to refer to "an outgoing, gregarious, or talkative person." Extrovert, also written extravert, generally means "oriented outward," or toward things other than oneself.
The term was first used in the early 20th century by renowned psychologist C. G. Jung. According to Jung, the introvert personality type was the opposite. Despite the fact that introverts generally tend to be more mentally talented, extroverts appear to be favored by civilizations like our own.

The states were maintained due to their well-established and already-functioning political institutions as well as the widespread bonds eighteenth-century "Americans" had to their separate states, despite some of the framers' hopes to construct something resembling a unitary system of government.
The Constitution's drafters gave the federal government only a few specific powers while leaving the states with the majority of the remaining authority.
There was a relatively clear separation of federal power under the conventional system of "dual federalism," which existed from 1789 to 1937. The national government was largely responsible for fostering commerce, while the states handled the majority of the governing.

To what extent did political parties contribute to the development of national unity and national identity in the United States between 1790 and 1840?
It is simpler to think of how partisan politics has hurt national unity, especially from 1790 to 1840, yet mainstream political parties may have prevented some of the divides that nearly tore the US apart.
Federalist and Democratic-Republican parties started American politics. Federalists backed the 1790s Alien and Sedition Act. Parties disagreed on the French Revolution. Both sides strongly claimed that the other would destroy liberty and morality if they won the 1800 election.
Northerners, southerners, slave-owners, and non-slave-owners were Democrats and Whigs. To avoid disturbing slavery, southern and northern Democrats and Whigs were kept united by their parties. Even slave-owning presidents fiercely opposed secession.
Even though they clashed on economic policies (including protectionism and centralized banking), Constitutional interpretation, and Native American rights, the two main parties in power promoted national unity.
Despite the Establishment's aspirations, slavery was unavoidable. The Missouri Compromise of 1820 arose from northern states desiring to limit slave states and slave states refusing. As westward expansion continued, other territories sought statehood, making that compromise less satisfactory.
Slave haters quit the two main parties. Liberty Party was anti-slavery by 1840. Post-1840 anti-slavery parties increased. North-South alliances and major party government control momentarily improved national unity.
